Where to eat in the NC mountains

Living near the border with NC, we have many times ventured into NC. We have a tendancy to cruise the towns along US 64, just north of the SC border between Hendersonville and Highlands and we like to keep track of good places to eat, so...
"BBQ place in Cashiers"
We can't remember the name even though we've been there about 6 times, but it's not because of the experience. Good food, including cornbread and soupat a small food-bar. But, in the summer, they have Appalachian music outside.
Casey Jones
Located about 1 mile west of downtown Brevard on US 64. Specializing in pizza, subs, pasta, and other italizn standards, this place makes a nice hang-out for dinner.
Binion's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Located in Hendersonville on US 64 near the I-26 interchange, this place is great. If you have to wait for a seat, you can snack on roasted peanuts and toss the shells on the floor. At your table, there is a small container of roasted peanuts again. Dinner salads are of a good size, with more than just lettuce. Two people can eat there for around $24.
