A small chain of restaurant-delis. I first ate at the one in Lexington in the mid 70's. I've been back recently, and it's still a nice place. They specialize in sandwiches and salads and have a great atmosphere. Featured in their large menu is the Spanky Flyer, a good size sandwich served a frisbee.
As far as I know they do not yet have a web site.

From I-81 take US 60 into Lexington, go under the US 11 by-pass bear left at the fork onto Nelson St. (if you go right, that's ok, you'll pass Jefferson St. anyway) cross Main St. and at the next intersection turn left onto Jefferson St. (one-way) restaurant is on the left -- or head into Lexington and follow signs to the visitors center and ask for directions and a map
