Algebraic Geometry

The undergraduate participants in this group were Andrew Smith, Peter Stewart and Jeremy Usatine They were mentored by Spelman faculty member Mohammed Tesemma and Clemson PhD student Sarah Anderson They studied the topological structure of initial algebras.

The undergraduate participants in this group were Robert Cass, Salvatore Parenti and Daniel Shankman They were mentored by Clemson faculty members Jim Brown and Kevin James and Clemson PhD student Rodney Keaton They studied finite extensions of the p-adic numbers.

The Eta-subspace of modular forms of integral weight

The undergraduate participants in this group were Allsion Arnold-Rocksandich and Kim Stubbs They were mentored by Clemson faculty members Jim Brown and Kevin James and Clemson PhD student Rodney Keaton They studied the subspace of modular forms of a given weight and level generated by eta-quotients.

Configurations of Kings

The undergraduate participants in this group were Cathy Davison, Krista Kelly and Ana-Andreea Stoica They were mentored by Clemson faculty member Neil Calkin and Clemson PhD student Shih-wei Chao. They studied the number of configurations of kings on generalized boards.
